• Submission of inquiries, purchase requests, commission requests, or contact information does not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed in writing.

• Reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or publication of artwork or portal content without prior written permission is prohibited.

• Spark House and the artist reserve the right to correct errors, update information, refuse transactions, or remove content at their discretion.

• Personal information submitted through this portal will be used solely for communication, sales, exhibition administration, and related artist services and will not be sold to third parties.
