MATTERPORT PORTFOLIO DATA | 9 September 2026

Five project records and twenty guided reading references.

scan-projects.geojson: WGS84 longitude, latitude points. These are building-address estimates or city anchors, not georeferenced indoor models or scan footprints. Duluth Homestead remains city-level. Retain location_basis, location_note, and coordinate_source when importing.

scan-reference-inventory.csv/json: joins to project_id. Each row is an interpretive reading reference, not a counted asset or measured room. Empty coordinates, quantities, and dimensions are unknown and must remain null until verified.

Capture year is documented only for Wagner Zaun (2018). Project start dates are not capture dates. No exact capture dates are established.

Workflow: import the GeoJSON as a point layer; retain original IDs and source fields; join the reference inventory on project_id; configure tour_url as a link; compare each reference to the source model and record any later changes. A future point-cloud workflow requires an eligible source export, coordinate transformation, control/accuracy checks, and documented permissions. No point-cloud, CAD, BIM, or survey deliverable is included.

Heritage contribution sections use an allowlisted project and stop on Spark House's existing contribution form. Public-use permission and permission to share with the Isanti County Historical Society remain separate choices.
